Advance information
The customer acknowledges having read these Terms of Sale, the conditions referring specifically to the supplier of stays in India concerned, and the description of the chosen service on the Chauffeur En Inde website.
In accordance with article L211-9 of the French Code of Tourism, the parties agree that the company Chauffeur En Inde may make changes to the pre-contractual information on the Chauffeur En Inde website, particularly with regard to the price and content of the transport and accommodation services, the tour itineraries, etc.
The Chauffeur En Inde website may be updated and the prices displayed may change depending on the different updates. The applicable price is the price in effect at the time of registration for the tour concerned and this price is confirmed to the customer before their final acceptance of the quotation.
Booking and payment of your trip
For all tour bookings, the customer undertakes to pay a deposit of 50% in cash upon arrival.
The remainder of the sum corresponding to the total price of the tour must be paid as follows: 25% at the mid-point of the tour, 25% on the last day.

Before departure, the client undertakes to consult the following websites to check the administrative and health formalities to be completed when travelling to India.
This recommendation is valid for each of the countries the customer will visit, even in the event of a simple stopover or transit: www.diplomatie.gouv.fr and www.pasteur.fr.
All fees incurred for applying for a passport, visa or vaccinations to travel to India are borne entirely by the customer.
Regardless of age (babies, under-age children), all people travelling to India must have a current passport bearing their name. No other document, such as family booklets or residence cards, allows you to cross borders. Obtaining a visa is essential to be able to enter India. The customer must ensure well before the departure date that the names and first names appearing on the travel documents (air tickets, tour bookings, hotel reservations, etc.) correspond exactly to the first and last names that appear on the passport and the entry visa.
Failure to comply with these instructions on air tickets may cause the airline to refuse boarding permission. The customer will not be entitled to any refund and any resulting costs will be entirely at their own expense (purchase of an airline ticket, fine, etc.).
Modification of the tour after departure
The customer will not be able to claim any refund or compensation in the event of any change made during the trip by their own choice, such as a change to the tour itinerary, a change of hotel or an early return.
Liabilities
The company Chauffeur En Inde shall not be held liable in the following cases:
- Passport erroneous, non-presented or expired.
- Visa not obtained or erroneous.
- Absence of vaccination certificate.
- Customer late for boarding.
- Incidents or events such as: wars, political unrest, strikes, technical incidents, airspace congestion, bad weather, delays, breakdowns, loss or theft of luggage or other effects.
- Cancellation due to force majeure and/or for reasons putting the client at risk and/or by order of a competent authority. In this case, Chauffeur En Inde reserves the right to make changes to the dates, schedules or itineraries set for the tours if it considers that the safety of the traveller cannot be assured.
